There are two Lulu Hypermarkets in Salalah. The new one is at Al Wadi area on Ar Rubat Street, which is the largest Lulu Hypermarket in Salalah. The older one is near Clock Tower, and Prophet Imran Tomb on Al Matar Street. This post covers the newer Lulu Hypermarket in details.
Lulu Hypermarket is also called Lulu Shopping Center due to other outlets in the same building like Malabar Gold, Asia Money Exchange, and other shops on the ground and first floors.

There are three entrances on the ground level for Lulu. The main entrance is on the Norther side (opposite of Hamdan Plaza Hotel / Beautiful Salalah Office). The eastern entrance is from the parking area (Opposite of Salalah Gardens Mall / Ajman Hotel Apartments), while the western entrance is from the side of the residential area.
Lulu offers a variety of options to choose from. Being the largest hypermarket in Salalah, shoppers come to make their household shopping regularly. On the ground level, the groceries, meat, fish, fruits and vegetables, beverages, dairy, cooked food and bakery sections are located.
The offers and Promotion items are placed on the entrance of the Lulu.
On the first floor, books (including Holy Quran), garments and footwear for both ladies and men, kids garments and footwear, ladies abaya and handbags, kids toys, electronics (including white goods, like refrigerators, and mobile phones, and laptops), home decor, bedding and toilet accessories and wrist watches are sold.
On first level, the praying area for both men and women are located, but are on opposite sides. When going up via escalators, the men praying area is on the left side, while women praying area is on the right side. There is an ablution place to make Wadu. The Azan is heard across Lulu when its praying time. Men pray in congregation in the men prayer hall.

The food court is on the second level with renowned food outlets like Pizza Hut, KFC Oman, Reemas Restaurant, and others. Icecream Chain Glacio also has an outlet on the food court.
There’s ample sitting area on the top floor of Lulu, with some of the tables facing Ar-Rubat Street via glass windows. For families, there’s a dedicated area for sitting.
