On Friday 25th January 2019, Pakistani government has announced national drink of the country. The national drink of Pakistan is “Sugarcane Juice“.
The announcement came after a poll on Twitter, where the government asked people to decide the national drink for the country from three options, sugarcane, orange or carrot juice.
Sugarcane Juice got 81 percent votes in poll while orange juice got 15 percent. Carrot juice received only 4 percent votes.
Sugarcane Juice is very popular in Pakistan and one can see the vendors selling this drink across Pakistan freshly squeezed by the machines.
